ITube, YouTube, TheyTube…

…LewisTubes.

Let me brighten up your Wednesday morning.  Have a look at this.

Richard Bailey:

Where are the women? I thought the sense that web=tech=male had vanished with Web 2.0. A mirage?

Nic:

Speechless……..

jd:

brighten up, or made me feel violently ill? Those poor poor boys.

Ben:

Haha, that’s one of the most embarrassingly awkward videos I’ve ever seen

countryboy:

Did anyone notice Robin Day looking on in the background in one shot??? Poor man seemed to wince like the rest of us…

MC spin:

Oh. My. God.

How wrong can you get it?

This is one of the worst examples of viral videos I have ever seen. What must have been going through their minds? Very little on the evidence of it.

Prem:

Gosh. Um. Whose idea was that??

Vice:

My god, I feel like I’ve just been digitally urinated on, my poor wee eyes. If I were over asked to do that I’d be down the employment tribunal faster than you can say ‘Vanilla Ice’

Ron Seal:

I thought that Welsh bloke was quite good.

In general though they should leave the embarrassing stuff to the grown ups.

Or should they? Hang on a second, what if they took this act onto, say, Britain’s Got
Talent, or the X Factor. That would guarantee massive exposure of their clients to the all important 8 to 18 year old demographic.

They seem to be the nation’s thought leaders at the moment. Innit?

Blah:

Oh, I dunno - I quite enjoyed that!

Adam:

OMG - did they really do that….. cringing.

Anonymous:

Christ.

artichoke:

Dear Chris Lewis

This does not make anyone think your firm is cool.

Love from Artichoke

PS Someone pop round and wipe the sick off me please

Anon:

Kath’s toes must be curling how did she let them get away with that - my face is stuck in that opened mouthed ‘what the hell is going’ on expression.

Figgis:

“This is one of the worst examples of viral videos I have ever seen. ”

Oh I don’t know MC Spin, I could see this going spreading virally rather well…

Anonymous:

fair play to them .

at least they look like they’re having a laugh…

Matt:

I actually thought this was a pretty good send up!

They were obviously just mucking around and trying to take the piss out of the original song, and it worked out to be pretty funny.

MC spin:

“Oh I don’t know MC Spin, I could see this going spreading virally rather well…”

What like Ebola?

Please Figgis, tell us what’s to like about it?

forgetmenot:

I just can’t believe that Marc Benioff wig hasn’t fallen apart after all these years!

Figgis:

“Please Figgis, tell us what’s to like about it?”

Who said I liked it? I just said it might spread well virally. It’s got 19 comments on here already and I bet a load of people have emailed it around. So it may spread well virally. Whether it is any good is an entirely different point.

PBN:

Oh get a grip everyone. It’s a bit of fun that must have been great internally. As it happens if anyone in Lewis thought it was a promotional device they seem to have been proved right - it’s hit my desk top from three different directions.
As for you ‘Vice’ - you feel like you’ve just been digitally urinated on? I don’t know if that’s a crap metaphor or you’re just indulging your fantasies! Whether it’s good / bad, funny / embarassing it’s clear all involved did it off their own back and were enjoying themselves.
Me? I thought it was mildly amusing, probably hilarious internally, didn’t hurt anyone and actually the Millbank Mafia have got themselves talked about yet again!

Leah:

I think the video is really good, funny and entertaining… well done Lewis for knowing how to have a laugh!! keep up the good work!

Dave:

Hmmm - their new media department can’t be very busy if they’ve got the time to do that?

Kate:

Personally I found it rather entertaining! I agree with PBN - I bet internally it went down a storm. Light relief after a heavy day - keep it coming

Buzz:

It’s truly awful - were they drunk? And how the hell can a company who looks after other people’s PR score such an own goal with their own. Take the branding off next time… School boy error.

Most confusingly is the appearance of Damon Albarn from his Park Life days. Did anyone else notice this?

All credit for pretending it was meant to be this bad though! That’s PR for you :-)
